What exactly is Flo?
Flo is an intelligent community companion built specifically for WordPress communities running Fluent Community. She monitors your conversations, answers member questions, connects data across your Fluent products, and reports to you on Telegram. Think of her as a knowledgeable team member who's always online.
How does it connect to my site?
You install a lightweight companion plugin on your WordPress site and provide a WordPress Application Password. Flo connects securely through the standard WordPress REST API — no special server access needed. Works with any host that runs Fluent Community.
What can members do with @flo?
When enabled, community members can @flo in any post or comment. She'll answer questions, look up information, and help — like having a helpful team member in every conversation. You control what she can and can't do.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your community data stays on your WordPress server. Flo reads it through the API but doesn't store copies. You provide your own model provider key, so your conversations are processed through your own account — not ours.
What if I cancel?
No lock-in. Cancel any time. Your community continues working exactly as before — Flo simply stops monitoring and responding. No data is lost.
